We are searching for an experienced Supply Chain Manager at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

PositionSummary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspectsof the supply chain function, including scheduling, inventory management,materials planning, logistics, and supplier coordination. This position ensuresthat materials and products are available as needed, cost-effective, anddelivered on time to support production and customer requirements. Based in SaltLake City, this role is integral to maintaining strong operational performanceand cost efficiency across the organization.

SupervisoryResponsibilities:
Responsiblefor recruiting, onboarding, and training team members, as well as organizing,assigning, and overseeing daily operations. Also accountable for evaluatingemployee performance, administering recognition and corrective actions, andmanaging concerns or conflicts that arise.
Ensuresleadership practices comply with company policies and applicable legalrequirements.
Continuouslyreviews departmental operations to identify opportunities for processimprovements and increased efficiency.
Providesclear direction and leadership to ensure team members meet expectations,complete projects, and achieve deadlines.
Establisheswork procedures, creates schedules, and supports workflow by providing bothverbal and written instructions.
Collaborateswith direct reports to set annual performance goals and tracks their progress,offering feedback and support for ongoing development.

Operations:
Developand manage short- and long-range inventory strategies for raw materials, WIP,and finished goods to support business goals.
Lead cyclecount and physical inventory processes to maintain accuracy and meet auditstandards.
Overseedaily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling, planning and materialscheduling.
Ensuretimely and cost-effective procurement and transportation of goods.
Coordinatewith cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with productionschedules and customer requirements.
Maintainstrong relationships with suppliers to ensure material availability and managelead times.
Drive downdays inventory on hand (DIOH), vendor vetting/ auditing and managing company'scommodities
Drivecost-saving initiatives through process improvement, inventory control, andvendor negotiations.
Implementsystems and procedures to ensure inventory integrity across all storagelocations.
Monitormaterial flow and address constraints through sustainable corrective actions.
Analyzeinventory trends and report key metrics to leadership.
Lead,coach, and mentor the materials planning team.
Developdepartmental training resources and maintain SOPs.
Overseenew product introduction planning and support engineering changes.
Ensurecompliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Interfacewith internal stakeholders to maintain high levels of service.
All otherduties as assigned.

Safety:

Comply with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory andcompany EHS rules and requirements.
Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, practices, orenvironmental concerns to supervision. Resolving potential hazards swiftly,thereby ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
Attend scheduled EHS trainings.
Actively assist the organization in achieving or surpassingEHS goals. Identify areas for improvement in EHS practices and recommendenhancements to contribute to our commitment to a safe work environment.
Demonstrates safe work habits by adhering to general safetyprocedures, including correct techniques for lifting and bending, maintainingproper ergonomics, using equipment correctly, and wearing personal protectiveequipment (PPE) as required.
Ensures that all fall protection procedures are strictlyadhered to including but not limited to the use of harness, platform ladders,railing, lifts.
Ensures strict adherence to all safety procedures, includingthe enforcement and discipline related to Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) procedures.

Required Qualifications:

MinimumRequirements

Minimum 5 yearsof progressive management experience in manufacturing environment. Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in anengineering discipline, such as Industrial or Manufacturing Engineeringpreferred.
Minimum ofthree years of experience in supply chain or materials management
Must havea valid driver's license
Must beable to pass a background check and drug screening
Strongunderstanding of inventory control systems and MRP/ERP software
Excellentcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Provenability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Stronganalytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
Collaborativemindset with the ability to work across departments and functions

TravelRequirements
Occasionaltravel may be required, less than 10%

PhysicalResponsibilities & Work Environment
Ability tosit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Exposureto fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
The job isperformed under occasional temperature variations and in a manufacturingproduction environment.
Mayrequire lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Regularuse of computers and office equipment
Work isprimarily performed in an office environment with occasional visits towarehouse or production areas
