PepsiCo North America Beverages, a division of PepsiCo, is searching for a 3rd shift ((10:30PM - 07:00AM) Sunday - Thursday) Quality Control Resource to join their team at the Indianapolis, Indiana Gatorade manufacturing facility.
Being a part of the QC Team in PepsiCo North America Beverages requires creating a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results. The current job opening supports our Indianapolis, Indiana Gatorade production facility and Service Center, providing Quality Control support.

Being a part of the QC Team in PepsiCo North America Beverages requires creating a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results. The current job opening supports our Indianapolis, Indiana Gatorade production facility and Service Center, providing Quality Control support.
Responsibilities
- Assure compliance to Plant, Division, Corporate, and Regulatory quality assurance requirements in areas of material inspection, in process quality control, finished product evaluation, sanitation, GMPs, pest control, and other food safety and quality matters
- Responsible for overseeing and developing 3-4 salaried QC Technician direct reports
- Conduct plant self-assessments and assure implementation of corrective action items for non-compliance items found during these assessments
- Lead activities for the Food Safety Committee to meet AIBI and other food safety requirements
- Provide training and coaching to all employees on record keeping and documentation practices and procedures in Infinity QS (IQS) and on paperwork.
- Provide Quality support to the QC Tech team and to employees across all lines
- Oversee training of all employees on the current quality standards and policies to reinforce compliance
- Participate in the preparation, execution, and compliance to all plant External and Internal Audits, Assessments, and Programs, including GMPs, FSMA, FSSC22000/ISO, AIBI, FDA, and State and Local Regulations pertaining to beverage manufacturing
- Support all plant and quality LSS/TPM objectives
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- B.S. in scientific field preferred
- 3 years minimum in a food manufacturing environment
- Background knowledge in food science and microbiology is desirable
- LSS/TPM knowledge and experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft business software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of analytical equipment calibration and performance checks
- Ability to multitask and work with other departments
- Knowledge of FSMA / AIBI / FSSC22000 guidelines and regulations
