We are seeking an experienced Responsible Minerals Program Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring ethical sourcing of minerals throughout our supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our responsible minerals sourcing program, including compliance with international standards and regulations such as the Dodd-Frank Act and OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
The candidate will represent Intel's leading program in engagement with industry associations including the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) as a part of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). The team is committed to ethical sourcing and responsible business practices. We are dedicated to ensuring that the minerals used in our products are sourced in a manner that respects human rights, encourages sustainable development, and avoids contributing to conflict.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$136,990.00-$193,390.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

As a Supply Chain Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the company's responsible minerals sourcing strategy and program and develop future program strategy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including the Dodd-Frank Act, OECD guidelines, and other applicable standards.
- Conduct due diligence on the supply chain to identify and mitigate risks related to conflict minerals and other responsible sourcing concerns.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve traceability and transparency in the minerals supply chain.
- Engage with industry initiatives and consortia focused on responsible mineral sourcing.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and suppliers on responsible sourcing practices and program requirements.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including progress toward goals and KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and external stakeholders, including required regulatory filings.
- Stay informed of emerging trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to responsible mineral sourcing.
- Representing Intel's leading program in engagement with industry associations including the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) as a part of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
- Maintaining documentation for best practices and procedures for responsible mineral compliance.
- Managing and tracking results for Intel's annual supply chain survey for conflict minerals and cobalt sourcing.
- Conducting scoping for Intel's annual supply chain minerals surveys.
- Conducting research on mineral supply chains and facilities and identifying and mitigating possible human rights and trade risks.
- Conducting virtual and onsite smelter and refinery visits for minerals as needed.

- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple departments and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills (including customers and suppliers).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of supply chain management software data analysis tools, and common office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Power BI).
- Experience managing conflict minerals survey campaign directly (proficiency in management through Suppliersoft is preferred).
- General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and Intel products.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or an Engineering related field.
- Candidate must have 5+ years of experience with any of the following:
- Supply chain management with a focus on responsible sourcing
- corporate social responsibility.
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
- A Master's degree or professional certification in sustainability or supply chain management is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of conflict minerals regulations and responsible mineral audit standards, such as the RMI Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP)
