Oversee and direct operations and be part ofoverseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chainprojects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions tomeet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals andobjectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and forintervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

- Risk assessments
- Continuous Improvement
- Build robust MOS towards execution
- Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
- Develop integration plans
- Track performance
- Lead Projects function
- Accomplish business objectives
- Balance stakeholder and customer expectation

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of turnaround leadership experience
- 6+ years of planning and scheduling data base experience (SAP, P6, etc..)
- 6+ years of turnaround budgeting experience

- Lean expert or Black belt
- Some project management or ISC Experience
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
- Global company working experience
- Professional in Microsoft Office
- Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
