Supply Specialist 3 with Security Clearance

Overview VTG is seeking a Supply Specialist 3 located in Charleston, South Carolina. What will you do? * Counts, sort's incoming material verifying receipt items on invoices. * Examines material to verify conformance to specifications. * Processes receipts in material inventory system. * Stores material in bins, floor, or shelves according to size and type of material. * Fills orders or issues material from stock. * Processes issues in material inventory system. * Complies inventory reports of adjustments with inventory counts. * Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on material. * Distributes material among production sites, keeping record of material issued. * Makes adjustments or repairs to material handling and office equipment. * Determines best method of storage, identification, and material location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits. * Cuts material to size to fill requirements. * Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments. * Maintains inventory of material. * Maintains a clean and safe work environment. * Processes issues and returns of VTG Systems Corporation tools and test equipment. * Perform other logistical tasks as assigned. Do you have what it takes? * High School Diploma or equivalency * Five (5) - Seven (7) year of experience of related work experience, preferred. * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. . * Knowledge and enforcing compliance with requirements for handling hazardous material commonly used in installations (e.g., paint, cleaning solvents, lithium batteries, other). * Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
