Description:

We're currently looking to hire an Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-growing automotive restoration company based in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels for all parts required in vehicle production
  • Analyze back-orders, sales data, and demand forecasts to plan procurement and production schedules
  • Source new vendors/factories, negotiate costs, and ensure timely, high-quality product supply
  • Create and manage SKUs and product data in the system
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize production delays
  • Review purchasing orders and manage inventory reports, purchasing costs, and demand trends
  • Collaborate with accounting and production teams to ensure inventory alignment and quality control
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and ensure continuity in parts supply
  • Execute purchasing transactions, issue POs, and manage vendor communications
  • Support quality improvements by documenting technician workflows and resolving rejected product issues
  • Work with management on long-term procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth communication and real-time updates
  • Monitor and control costs to stay within project budgets
  • Analyze supply chain data and communicate key metrics and updates with stakeholders


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of supply chain experience (automotive industry experience is preferred)
  • Familiarity with Winworks or similar inventory management systems

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong automotive industry knowledge and familiarity with various vehicle brands/models
  • Proven experience in cross-functional new product introduction and cost modeling
  • Advanced Excel and MS Project skills (pivot tables, report generation, data analysis)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
