Seeking for an experienced Surgery Center Administrator with a Registered Nurse (RN) background for a top leadership role at a well-established Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in ambulatory surgery centers or hospital surgical leadership, with exposure to ASC operations.

Job Summary:
The Surgery Center Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of the facility's operations, ensuring high-quality surgical services are provided to patients. This role involves overseeing the operational, clinical, and financial aspects of the Surgery Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement across all areas.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facility.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board, the Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility, along with any appointed committees.
  • Report key activities and updates concerning the facility to the Governing Board at regular intervals.
  • Appoint a responsible individual to oversee the facility in the absence of the Administrator.
  • Plan for the services offered by the facility and ensure smooth operation across all departments.
  • Manage overall operations as outlined in the applicable partnership or operational agreement.
  • Lead discussions and present updates during regular operations review meetings with senior leadership teams.

Skills and Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) required
  • Proven leadership experience in outpatient surgery or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management
  • Strong understanding of ASC operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and personnel effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in an ASC or hospital surgical setting
  • Expertise in ASC operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes
