Job Description:
- Work within a 23-bed operating room unit, providing specialized nursing care.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1.
- Utilize Cerner for charting.
- Wear Navy Blue scrubs during shifts.
- Comply with weekend rotation requirement; every other weekend.
- Float to skillset-specific areas as needed.
- No call requirement.
- Complete orientation upon start.
- Adhere to the schedule and procedural guidelines outlined for the role.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment in a surgery unit setting.
