At CESO, a Survey Manager oversees our full range of surveying services. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and reviews the work of survey staff
- Responsible for final survey deliverables
- Provide quality assurance and quality control
- Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
- Develop survey team budget and proposals for professional services
- Coach and mentor staff
- Develop survey team budget and labor hour utilization
- Partner in developing best practice standards and procedures
- Responsible for monthly client invoicing and accounts receivable
- Assist other survey duties as needed
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Survey or Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Professional Surveyor license is required
- 12+ years of progressive survey experience
- Experience with managing a survey team is highly preferred
- Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus
