Construction Survey Project Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
General Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office duties
- Supervising and managing field and office technicians
- Reducing field data
- Billing, quality assurance and quality control
- Preparing scopes of work and pricing proposals
- Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
- Ability to review construction drawings and prepare construction staking proposals
- Survey calculations, analysis and quality control
- Update job's progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
- Assign and manage projects and workload
- Determine billing and revenue
- Maintain client relations
Required Experience:
- 10 years of work experience
- 5 years of management experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to build strong client relationships
- Proficient in Civil3D and Trimble Business Center
