Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills:
Experience with Cority EHS&S software, including configuration, administration, and development.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or VBA), and data integration techniques.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Understanding of cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
Sustainability & ESG Expertise:
Knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulatory reporting standards (GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Cority System Development & Optimization:
Configure and customize Cority modules to align with organizational sustainability goals and reporting requirements.
Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and data visualization tools within Cority to enhance user experience.
Integrate Cority with other internal and external systems (e.g., ERP, IoT sensors, third-party sustainability platforms) using APIs and data connectors.
Maintain system security, user roles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with the Cority software vendor to obtain design validation, best practices, and system optimization insights.
Work closely with the vendor to gain approvals and signoffs for major configurations and feature enhancements.
Sustainability & ESG Data Management:
Oversee the collection, processing, and validation of sustainability data (e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, waste management, energy efficiency) within Cority.
Assist in the preparation of ESG reports, regulatory disclosures, and corporate sustainability assessments.
Compliance & Regulatory Support:
Monitor and implement system updates to comply with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
User Training & Support:
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
Work closely with IT, compliance teams, and sustainability stakeholders to align Cority functionalities with business objectives.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Developer with expertise in Cority Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) software to join our ESG team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Cority to support our sustainability initiatives, compliance reporting, and data management needs. This position requires a strong understanding of sustainability reporting, regulatory frameworks, data analytics, and software development.
Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 a year
