Job Details
Location: Washington, DC (ONI Facility)
Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Education/Experience:
- Level III: MS/MBA in IT or IA-related field with seven years' experience in IA technology.
Certifications:
- Level III: IAT Level III.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux RedHat) and software, applying patches and updates to ensure system security and reliability.
- Manage virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V for server consolidation and efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds or Nagios, optimizing server configurations for optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, using tools like Veeam or Acronis, to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible or Puppet, improving operational efficiency.
