Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools P2 Intermediate
Unix P2 Intermediate
Splunk P2 Intermediate
Issue Management P2 Intermediate
Structured Query Language (SQL) P2 Intermediate
Experience Levels: P1 Beginner: 0-2 years experience
P2 Intermediate: 3-5 years experience
P3 Advanced: 7-10 years experience
P4 Expert: 10+ years experience Role Description: Must be able to go through the USPS security clearance process.
Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant work experience needed.
Must be able to work flexibly - nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Technical analyst on the Enterprise Monitoring Team to support continuous OS patching. Responsibilities: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
