The setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2012, Windows 2019 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.

Support to raising & implementing including the Patch management CRs in the Wintel infrastructure.

Daily BAU L1/L2 Calls Support on Windows 2012 and 2019 Server Family infrastructure.

Knowledge on VMWare and ESXi.

Perform timely Patch management as per the Schedule.

Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.

Perform Change Management as per the process.

Support to all BAU calls.

Knowledge on Azure.

Knowledge on backup restoration process. Installation and configuration of SQL Server versions 2008 - 2019

Always-On Clustering and High Availability

SQL Database administration

SQL Replication and log shipping

SQL Mirroring and performance tuning

Hands-on experience on tuning using query analyzer and tuning adviser

Dynamic management views - DMVs

Backup and recovery

TSQL and Linked servers

Security analysis

Import\export of data

Roles & Responsibilities

Interact with customer and manage the customer expectation

Participate and lead the Major and critical incidents resolution process

Interact and coordinate with the offshore subject matter expert

Build Windows & Linux (RHEL and OEL) Infrastructure and connect to Storage Infrastructure

Plan and Upgrade the Linux & Windows Infrastructure to higher version

Participate in daily and weekly management meetings
