Responsible for AIX, VIO, microcode, and firmware upgrades - Experience in RedHat Linux administration on RHEL6, RHEL7, RedHat Clustering, VMware, ESX -Expertise in RedHat Linux Clustering Solutions - Proficient in troubleshooting any RHEL6, RHEL7 and SLES 11+ software and hardware issues - Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment - Ability to debug and troubleshoot network, performance and software issues - Knowledge of SAN based disk solutions and their configurations - Familiarity with tools like BladeLogic, DNT, ESM, vsphere client is a huge plus - Ability to work independently but also must be strong in team partnership - Work a flexible schedule, with 24 hour Oncall rotation and weekend work expected - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
