System Administrator

Job Summary:

ITS, LLC is seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Systems Administrator will design, implement, and monitor the department infrastructure. Monitor and coordinate administration of Linux system software. Provide input and resolutions to improve security posture and efficiency in a cloud based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot RHEL 7/8 systems
• Experience with managing RedHat OpenStack Platform (OSP)
• Experience in a cloud based infrastructure
• Experience with implementing patches, scanning, remediating finding and auditing
• Experience maintaining Puppet controlled system
• Experience with Splunk, Vmware, PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines Gitlab/Jenkins
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments utilizing Ansible automation.
• Experience with working in a feedback driven DevSecOps team
• Work to be performed on site
• DoD 8570.01M IAT 2 requirements is required (i.e. Sec+)

Preferred Qualifications:

• RedHat Certified System Administrator RHCSA preferred

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Clearance Requirement:

• Active Secret
