Job Purpose

We are seeking a System Analyst 6 to join our team and support the M365 implementation for our client. As part of this team, the position will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, recommending, and implementing updates within the M365 environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience and understanding of the configuration and administration of M365 products deployed at the enterprise level, specifically within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).

Requirements
  • Monitor M365 Updates: Continuously monitor updates to M365 products within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).
  • Analyze Product Updates: Analyze the impact of product updates on the client M365 tenant in GCC, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Review Product Configurations: Review product configuration options and recommend settings that align with client standards, policies, and licensing.
  • Technical Documentation: Create clear, technical documentation to communicate recommendations to decision makers and provide job aids for end users.
  • Collaborate with M365 Product Teams: Participate in working sessions with the client M365 product team working group and collaborate with Microsoft resources supporting the client.


Required Skills & Experience
  • M365 Administration and Configuration: Proven experience in the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • GCC Environment: In-depth knowledge and experience with the configuration and administration of M365 in Microsoft GCC.
  • Impact Analysis: Ability to investigate and analyze the impact of product changes on enterprise implementations of M365.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience preparing clear and concise technical documentation for both decision-makers and end users.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SharePoint and Teams Management: Experience in creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
  • Microsoft Productivity Tools: Solid experience and proficiency in using and supporting Microsoft productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within Government Community Cloud (GCC) or other government-compliant M365 environments.
  • Knowledge of M365 products, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Loop, Viva Engage, and upcoming tools within the M365 suite.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest M365 products and updates and their impact on enterprise-level deployments.
