- Primary duties involve test planning, setup, and conduct during Design Verification Testing (DVT) in labs such as the Environmental Test Lab and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) lab.
- Works closely with the technical leads on program to ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
- Hands-on experience with ground-launched missile systems testing including launch systems and targeting/fire control elements.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures for missile processing, test plans and test reports.
- Experience planning and coordinating flight test missions.
- Experience being part of a flight test team.
- Experience with missile telemetry and flight termination.
