We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team as a SolarWinds System Administrator III who will lead the planning, deployment, and management of complex SolarWinds environments. This is a salaried position, full-time, onsite at the Maxwell Air Force Base Gunter Annexand REQUIRES an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and active CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Job Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active CompTIA Security+ Certification w/ Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze overall health and effectiveness of four SolarWinds Orion Platform Suit instance
- Install, configure, and administer SolarWinds
- Install and patch windows based operating systems, applications, and document DISA STIGs checklists
- Expert level experience with creating/implementing customized dashboards, reports, notifications and automated responses
- Ability to create network designs diagrams with Microsoft Visio
- Strong expertise in SolarWinds, enterprise network monitoring tools and/or NetFlow analysis for either commercial and DoD (preferred) environments.
- Ability to assess current SolarWinds implementations for each network and recommend changes
- Ability to work with SQL, SWQL, SNMP, WMI and SSH tool sets
- Expert level experience with creating/implementing customized dashboards, reports, notifications and automated responses
- Develop and maintain SolarWinds Disaster Recovery plan(s)
- Provide monthly status reports
- Superb Cable management skills
- Perform duties onsite for a standard 8hr day shift Monday- Friday
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in systems administration
- Active Monitor (SAM) OR SCP-NCM Network Configuration Manager (NCM) certification or SCP-NPM Network Performance Monitor (NPM) certification
- 5+ years of working experience in SolarWinds administration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience networking within the government necessary
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions, Veritas NetBackup preferred
- High attention to detail
- Superb documentation skills
- Self-motivated to continuously grow skillset and stay at the forefront of technology evolution
- DoD experience preferred
