Description
Assist in the management, security, and optimization of the City of Peoria's IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Group Policy, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), VSphere, and VMware Horizon. The Systems Administrator will ensure seamless device management, enforce security policies, and maintain high availability across the IT environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and three years up to and including five years progressively responsible related experience required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job considered.

Independent judgment and decision-making abilities are necessary to apply technical skills effectively. Bi-weekly premiums for employees depend on which plan is selected. On your hire date, you will meet with City's Patient Advocate to receive detailed information on the plans and the appropriate premium cost. Depending on plan selection, you can enroll in the Flexible Spending Program (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
