We are looking for a Systems Enablement Lead to administer, develop and coach both internal & external stakeholders in the training, use and problem solving in relationship to specific applications utilized for continued business practices. Lead small to large scope projects in relationship to SAP/Ariba implementation as well as cross functional support across the business.

About the position:
We are looking for a Systems Enablement Lead to administer, develop and coach both internal & external stakeholders in the training, use and problem solving in relationship to specific applications utilized for continued business practices. Lead small to large scope projects in relationship to SAP/Ariba implementation as well as cross functional support across the business.
You will:
Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects in the following:
- SAP/Ariba
- JDE / AS400
- Works with the project manager to manage the project and drive project milestones.
- Point person between Raymond and Ariba Enablement Services.
- Define Supplier Communication strategy and create communication materials.
- Owns supplier relationships
- Provide clear messaging to suppliers
- Enforce program goals within the organization
- Manage Supplier Enablement end to end, including integrated suppliers.
- Participate in regular status meetings.
- Support Supplier outreach process and collection of Supplier questionnaire.
- Participate in requirement gathering and design workshops.
- Work with the Ariba Supplier enablement team to review and confirm flight plans.
- Develop and document Supplier related cutover activities for both ERP and Ariba Network.
- Coordinate and execute of the supplier cutover activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop training approach with SAP/Ariba Network Enablement Team, ensure training needs are addressed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical leads during implementations and testing of systems.
- Update standard supplier training guides based on testing and project specific requirements.
- Run Supplier training and Internal training to all stakeholders.
- Support integrated suppliers "Go Live" and internal/external communications.
- Onboarding of Suppliers in the SAP/Ariba system, working collaboratively with cross functional areas.
- Supplier communication.
- Manage internal escalation process.
- Manage and enforce supplier conformance.
- Supplier Enablement Maintenance.
- Responsible for Knowledge Transfer to new resources within the organization.
About you:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- SAP Experience is preferred.
- AS400 experience is preferred.
- Five or more years of related work experience is preferred.
