Systems Engineer - AV

As a Systems Engineer - AV at Blackspoke, you will be responsible for the use and operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, providing customer support in the use and troubleshooting of all audio-visual equipment. Your work will ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

What you will be working on:

As the Systems Engineer - AV, you will:

• Perform daily conference room checks to verify all equipment is online, functioning, and charged.
• Provide hands-on technical support for customers during meetings, including video teleconferencing, audio, Webex, room computer connectivity, and laptop connectivity.
• Support customer meetings by facilitating video teleconferencing, video display of laptops or room computer presentations, and Webex setup.
• Log all transactions with customers in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues.

What you will bring to us (Must):

• BS degree and 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and other collaboration devices.
• Experience providing customer service and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Would be nice if you bring the following (Highly Desired):

• Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologies.
• Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, Webex, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber.
