Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields, and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty.
- Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.
- Experience in capital project management.
- Familiarity with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision-making.
- Proven track record in owning and managing engineering design projects.
- Proficiency in business and technical software, including MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
Highly Desirable Attributes:
- Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
