This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
2HB Incorporated is seeking a Systems Engineer with an ISSEE in order to support its government customer in Herndon, VA. The successful candidate shall provide IT program management and systems engineering support for the Sponsor. The Sponsor's Cloud Program Office was established to manage the contractual, technical, security and community cloud engagement activities on behalf of the Sponsor's community. The Contractor shall support the oversight of infrastructure expansion projects to maintain and grow the Cloud. The Contractor shall ensure that all development and modifications to existing Sponsor applications comply with Sponsor's security and architectural policies and regulations. The Contractor shall be required to communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams. The Contractor shall be required to work with Sponsor staff and contractor personnel, as well as external stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
The Contractor shall ensure, for the duration of the contract, that contractor personnel assigned to work under this contract maintain institutional knowledge and competency level necessary for all required skills, to include demonstrated on-the-job experience.

- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying web, internet, and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with systems engineering lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering, working with one or more of the following CSPs:
- AWS
- Google Cloud
- Microsoft Azure
- Oracle Cloud,
- IBM Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience with completing and submitting BOE packages
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ICD 503 Security guidelines
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Security Framework
- Demonstrated experience with XACTA/Greenlight
Desired Skills:
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's A&A process and tool.
- Demonstrated experience working in the Sponsor's domain.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in related field of Business or Systems Engineering
- Cloud Engineering certification, such as one from AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, or IBM.
