Responsibilities:
As Systems Engineering s upp ort at OPS Consult in g, you will utilize your expertise in the science of condensed matter or sol id- state physics, cryogenics , and modeling and simulation of devices to provide analysis and technical advice / assistance to the customer. You will work closely with customer engineer and technical teams to facilitate comp le x technology development. Responsibilities may include:
- S imul ating small scale electrical systems
- S imulating medium - scale behavioral systems
- Evaluating EM noise characteristics
- Reviewing experiment and test plan proposals
- Analyzing and interpreting quantum system test results
- Three (3) years' experience with an Intelligence Community or HPC Development Program.
- Fifteen (15) years' experience in technical roles for Government or Industry customer.
- Ten (JO) years' experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs to develop and field large-scale systems to include expertise in systems architecture , requirements analysis, system documentation , system evaluation and process execution and evaluation.
- Knowledge of SIGINT mission systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Software Engineering , Electrical Enginee rin g or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Experience developing technical plans for comp l ex capability development
- Demonstrated expertise in test plans , procedures, and test result analysis
- Experience writing , reviewing , and presenting technical documentation at the program level
- Experience with system design and requirements management
- Experience overseeing technical reviews
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expe ri ence in Condensed Matter / Solid State Physics , Superconducting Materials or Cryogenics
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
