ECS is seeking a Systems Engineer to work in our Fairfax, VA office / remote.
ECS is seeking a talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic Junior Systems Engineer to serve as a project coordinator leading the fulfillment of Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) requirements for a large, dynamic Federal IT Program. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of federal program management and systems engineering best-practices to identify the tasks required to fulfill SELC commitments, and work across teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Candidates will be required to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

- Proven ability to effectively coordinate across large teams to deliver upon complex cross-domain project objectives
- Proven ability to define effective processes and controls for the fulfillment of systems engineering process requirements
- Familiarity with IT Systems Engineering frameworks and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail; High level of analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and the ability to propose solutions when required
