In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Engineer, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Configuration management
- Developer experience or familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL and Python.
- System or process evaluations, to include identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system or process.
- Requirements analysis and definition.
- Creating professional presentations using Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Visio.
- Using software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Supporting Operational Technologies.
- Technical threats and mitigations.
- Serving operational missions in an operational or technical capability.
- Working with different stakeholders.
- Contingency planning and continuity of operations to ensure that critical activities are maintained during emergencies.
- Creating project plans, managing scope, schedule and budget.
- Working closely and collegiately with varied counterparts.
- Fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact delivery.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, experience.
