Job Title: Systems Engineer - Aegis BMD/IAMD

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Job Description:
You will be actively engaged in algorithmic design, data analysis, requirements development, modeling, and simulation. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will tackle complex mathematical and physics-based challenges inherent to mission planning for IAMD scenarios. The position requires meticulous conversion of customer or product requirements into comprehensive system solutions, balancing technical rigor with schedule and cost efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerodynamics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related technical field
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant systems engineering experience
• DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Desired Skills:

• Master's degree in Aerodynamics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related technical field
• Demonstrated capability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new tools and technologies
• Experience with U.S. Navy operations or Aegis Combat Systems
• Strong analytical skills to research technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Familiarity with MATLAB
• Experience or familiarity with aerodynamic modeling
• Understanding of software requirements processes
• Exposure to machine learning and data science concepts
• Interest in professional growth and potential for leadership roles
