Role Overview:

Jade Global is seeking a Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Business Associate/Delivery Generalist to drive end-to-end delivery of integration-focused solutions for HCLS clients. This individual will work closely with internal teams, clients, ISVs, and technology partners to design, develop, and implement high-quality integration and middleware solutions using Boomi and other technologies.

This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences IT ecosystems, with expertise in solution design, system integrations, and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technology solutions while ensuring smooth project delivery from sales transition to hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, document technical needs, and design scalable integration solutions.
• Lead integration design, development, implementation, and support using Integration and PaaS platforms (like Boomi, Workato & others) ny leveraging industry-standard best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including application developers, business analysts, DBAs, and solution architects.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, Snowflake, Oracle, ERP platforms, and other middleware solutions.
• Develop and maintain Boomi API proxies, security configurations, and gateway solutions.
• Facilitate technical design sessions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, build, SIT, UAT, and hypercare.
• Assist in migrating legacy integration processes to modern, centralized platforms for enhanced security and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and client engagement growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience with integration development, API security, and middleware solutions, with a focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Domain and use case understanding of Healthcare Provider Processes and Data requirements
• Strong hands-on experience Integrating with leading platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake and other ERP platforms.
• Expertise in JSON, REST, SOAP, OAuth, Swagger, and API design best practices.
• Knowledge of iPaaS platforms like Boomi, Workato and others
• Experience in Integration testing, and support across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0), and backend server components.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Ability to map business requirements to scalable technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering software solutions for Healthcare & Life Sciences providers, payers, or pharma companies.
• Exposure to healthcare data interoperability, HL7, FHIR, or regulatory compliance standards.
