Enhance the firm's operational efficiencies and data integrity by designing, building, maintaining, and supporting KFG's ERP system (ZOHO) and other integrated software applications.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks
- Write, implement, and maintain code to automate and integrate cloud-based applications
- Develop project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Provide help desk support to KFG's ERP System (ZOHO) users
- Ensure that all systems development complies with KFG's Cybersecurity Policy
- Ensure that all systems development complies with KFG's Data Integrity Standards
- Identify, create, and maintain automated data transfers
- Identify, create, and maintain automated communications
- Create digital versions of KFG's internal forms and agreements to facilitate digital signatures
- Train and support Subject Matter Experts (SME) of the ERP and integrated systems
- Create and maintain documentation of internally developed tools
- Develop data capturing processes and tools to track weekly measurables
- Develop and maintain digital data gathering forms, surveys, tools & questionnaires
- Create and maintain a library of electronic documents, templates or other reusable knowledge assets
- Assist Department Leaders with evaluation of industry-specific applications & integration with ERP
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and innovations
- Create and publish reports, dashboards, and other visualizations of data
Secondary Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide backup support for ZOHO administration
- Manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to users
- Train KFG team members on the use of reports and dashboards need for their Department's/Team's Weekly Scorecard(s)
- Assist Wealth Management's Implementation Team with developing reports and dashboards in Orion
- Assist Insurance Agency with developing reports and dashboards in AMS
Required Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Python, PHP, or Node.JS
- Willingness to pursue proficiency in JavaScript
- Willingness to pursue proficiency in ZOHO Deluge
- Willingness to pursue proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Must be well organized with time, resources, physical office space, and corporate documents/information
- High responsibility and diligence in managing many details within deadlines
- Ability to set and meet deadlines, and influence and support a team to execute results
- Must be intrinsically motivated and able to work individually with little direction
- Must be able to formulate solutions in collaboration with other team members

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or other equivalent experience
