We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director with a proven track record in identifying, developing, and designing high-performing TA operations that align with our business objectives.
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Director will lead all aspects of recruitment strategy, execution, and process optimization to support 21HHS's aggressive growth trajectory. This leader will build and refine scalable TA operations, workforce planning models, and recruitment pipelines to ensure a strong supply of skilled professionals across our service areas. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, and team leadership to attract top-tier talent while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring home health professionals.
- Identify workforce trends and create proactive hiring plans to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Establish and maintain KPIs & metrics to track and improve recruitment performance.
- Build partnerships with schools, healthcare associations, and community organizations to establish a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies
- Drive recruitment marketing strategies, including social media outreach, job fairs, and referral programs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Partner with HR, clinical leadership, and operations to align hiring with business objectives.
- Optimize recruitment budget and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
To Be a Success:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in home health, healthcare, or skilled nursing.
- Proven leadership experience in high-growth and dispersed workforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
