The Talent Director works across all business units to oversee the organization's talent acquisition function by leveraging the broadest possible knowledge of the markets in which we operate. This role is responsible for the development of recruitment strategy, as well as fostering inclusion. The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for designing and executing robust diversity sourcing plans to attract the best talent to support organization's business strategy. The Talent Director is responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution across the organization's brand position and is accountable for delivery of world-class recruitment strategies. Experience in high volume recruiting is essential.
The TD will ensure legal compliance and cost effectiveness and that talent acquisition resources are allocated to support the most critical business initiatives. S/he will engage in significant relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that all programs support the efforts to cultivate a diverse, talented, and engaged workforce prepared to effectively serve our customers. The TD will partner with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that recruitment initiatives and programs are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.

- Responsible for the day-to day management and development of the recruiting team, ensuring all tasks are done in a timely manner that is consistent with Federal, State and Local laws as well as Regency's internal policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute on robust sourcing strategies tailored to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
- Strategize and lead the talent management program to identify opportunities and solutions to enhance the process around staff augmentation.
- Seek opportunities to create positive change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and recommending change management plans around recruitment initiatives.
- Act as main liaison to ensure that the proper strategies are in place to ensure diverse hiring outcomes.
- Report out on recruitment metrics and create action plans to improve the team's performance and the organization's hiring effectiveness.
- Drive a process that ensures a Best-in-Class candidate and hiring manager experience, in partnership with the hiring manager
Required Skills and Abilities:
- PHR or SHRM-CP or other industry certification required
- 8+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Talent Acquisition and Management
- Experience with vendor relations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Proficient in digital recruitment tools and social media campaigns
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possess proven operational, interpersonal, project management, vendor management and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience;
- Master's preferred
