Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will strategically partner with the Senior Director, Human Resources to lead the global talent acquisition function for Robertshaw. This individual will work with our leadership team to ensure we are providing a premium and proactive talent acquisition process for all roles. This will be a hybrid position working out of our HQ in Itasca.

Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will strategically partner with the Senior Director, Human Resources to lead the global talent acquisition function for Robertshaw. This individual will work with our leadership team to ensure we are providing a premium and proactive talent acquisition process for all roles. Main Responsibilities
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
- Support the development and delivery of the global recruiting strategy
- Execute and introduce projects associated to talent attraction and experience
- Advise and guide global HR partners and clients on TA best practices with a relentless focus on hiring extraordinary talent
- Developing the tracking of metrics that include time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
PROVIDE A PREMIUM EXPERIENCE
- Own the candidate experience from start to finish for HQ and leadership roles
- Deliver a consistent recruiting experience across the business
- Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize the tools and processes that are provided and set by HR Leadership
- Partner with external staffing partners, when needed
EFFICIENT AND COMPLIANT TA PROCESS
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools
- Perform diversity recruiting strategies
- Provide business, system, and process training as needed
Qualifications
- 7-10 years successfully recruiting technical talent in a global setting
- Experience in strategic talent acquisition planning with a focus on proactive delivery to support business needs
- Track record of simultaneously managing several complex searches and projects
- Ability to execute talent strategies with a focus on creating diverse candidate slates
- Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
- Familiarity working through an ATS, ADP experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
