The Talent Acquisition Manager will primarily be responsible for building and owning trusted partnerships with our client. You will be acting as the key relationship holder and subject matter expert for the service on behalf of AMS. You will proactively influence client stakeholders to jointly craft the talent strategy by employing your deep subject matter expertise in local recruitment processes and the client's business area(s). This will include recommending approaches, making considered challenges and leading constructive discussions when confronted with barriers to hiring such as talent availability or market expectations.

You will own and develop fulfilment strategies that translate demand plans and business objectives/ goals into sourcing led outcomes and will regularly review and track progress against those strategies and consider the impact of market trends, client developments and broader AMS strategy to ensure we're driving incremental improvements and showcasing innovative approaches to sourcing and recruiting.

You will take accountability for actions and support in continuous improvement projects, innovation programs, or new and more efficient ways of working. Understanding complex data, can problem solve root cause issues, and effectively design operational solutions will be a core requirement.

You will ensure delivery of all agreed quality thresholds, KPIs and client satisfaction targets in line with our agreed contractual obligations and will provide line management and inspirational leadership to your team; driving engagement, retention and wellbeing. You will develop the team and drive succession planning and will provide pastoral support where required and manage the team's performance through ongoing quality conversations to ensure efficient delivery, and an excellent client and candidate experience.

It requires previous experience as a TA Manager of high-volume projects.

This is a full-time on-site job, 5 days a week in office, Atlanta, GA.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:

  • Design end-to-end recruitment campaigns to meet talent strategy of the business entity. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand and regularly update demand plans, organizational structures and optimal resource allocation
  • Develop and manage the talent pipeline or talent pooling strategy for business area.
  • Deliver market intelligence and insight to hiring community and HR stakeholders, including salary benchmarking, internal and external supply and demand, assessment approaches to support decision making
  • Support implementation of continuous improvement plan and support with implementation of strategic change management, account efficiency programs and legislative change projects
  • Custodian of the client's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) ensuring the entire team can convey the proposition in a compelling way enhancing the clients brand presence in the market
  • Escalation Management: Act as a primary point of contact for the client. Assess, communicate and record escalation process through effective management in line with agreed AMS and client processes
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
  • Strong and proven experience managing high-volume projects
  • People management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • An understanding of diverse labor laws, market trends, and cultural nuances
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align hiring strategies with business goals
  • Influencing: Demonstrate an ability to influence across all levels with proven ability to make sound judgements, recommendations to improve the overall service offering
  • Market Insights: Deep understanding of global talent trends, competitive analysis, and employer branding strategies
  • Project Management: Ability to lead and execute complex projects, including global recruitment campaigns
  • Change/ Resource Management: Experience in leading recruitment strategies during organizational changes and scaling up programs
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to interpret data to drive recommendations and outcomes.
  • Knowledge/experience of delivering sourcing strategies/campaigns
