Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

The newly created Talent Acquisition Manager position will enhance our talent acquisition program by working within the Human Resources team and collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders. This role involves understanding current and future workforce needs, providing solutions to align with workforce planning strategies, leveraging technology to optimize recruitment processes, and driving employer branding initiatives to position CMT as an employer of choice while leading a team of talent acquisition professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring best practices in hiring and compliance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Manage compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Stay current with best practices and industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
- 7-10 years of human resources with at least 3 years in a talent acquisition leadership role, preferably within a similar industry or professional services employer.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition (SHRM, PHR, AIHR, etc.) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of full cycle recruitment
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar preferred)
- Experience supporting multi-state recruitment programs, preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- HR knowledge - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, along with HR best practices.
- Technical skills - Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (ADP WFN is preferred), along with other tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
- Communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills - Critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions
- Teamwork - Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism
Physical Requirements
- Office tasks: Physical requirements are minimal and include prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Will require travel on occasion that could be outside of normal business hours
