What You'll Do Day to Day:
Effectively engages in executing the talent acquisition strategy for defined business teams including but not limited to applying knowledge of recruiting concepts, training, and ensuring policies, practices and procedures are meet by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Own the high-volume recruiting life cycle for defined departments from defining sourcing strategies in initial candidate identification and outreach, managing the candidate funnel, proposing competitive offer recommendations, and managing offer negotiations
- Drive talent acquisition process by working closely with hiring managers to define open positions, create position descriptions, develop candidate attraction strategies, and job requirements
- Identify high-potential candidates and screen/conduct interviews to discern top candidates to present to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
- Cultivate a superior candidate experience for each candidate that you engage with throughout the process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and applicants to schedule and conduct both phone and in-person interviews.
- Generate ideas on topics such as new recruitment tools, candidate engagement strategies, brand marketing, search/sourcing resources and strategies, and interview process.
- Advertise, network, and build pipelines for talent (i.e., utilizing job boards, print ad, factoring in price/time requirements, association relationships, school and community out-reach, referral and/or intern programs etc.)
- Identify and manage a steady pipeline of highly qualified active and passive candidates.
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain candidate records and outreach in company ATS.
- Assist management with job function documentation keeping up with changes to job functions and work requirements and job description documentation in Human Resource systems and employee records.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers across varying degrees of seniority and functional groups to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and aid in documentation assurance for staffing at all levels of the organization meeting the set guidelines of auditable processes.
- Ensure consistency in hiring and selection process across all internal and external applicants for assigned departments/positions
- Track and measure staffing data as actual vs. budget headcount, turn-over, overall wages and placement related costs and report results regularly to designated executives.
- Conduct training for hiring managers to ensure job fit exists from multi-level evaluations of suitability. Measuring against top performers in the respective departments. (e.g., behavioral based examples with-out contrary evidence, testing, references, backgrounds, transcripts relevant, script recordings "talk-off" calls, and any other measurable qualifications)
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the roles and functions you support, offering data and guidance to support compensation analysis and career trajectory recommendations
- Ensure that information on company facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the Company is provided to potential applicants as required.
- Build the LendingPoint brand outside of the company in order to build external community and network.
- Host or participate in job fairs externally and on site, utilizing Company branding, visibility, and involvement of hiring managers and the opportunities at our Companies.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations related to employment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferred.
- 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (corporate and agency)
- 3 years of social media/ internet recruiting experience to source passive candidates, (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- 3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws pertaining to recruitment and employment.
- Experience with process improvement tools, SLAs and recruiting metrics
- Demonstrated experience with a wide variety of sourcing methods
- Excellent ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience with candidate management/applicant tracking systems and processes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
