This position reports to Head of Talent Acquisition and will work in Troy, MI.

Asa Talent Acquisition Partner, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent for the organization. This role is unique because you will have the opportunity to recruit across functions and levels, sharpening your recruiting skills in the process. In addition to day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow by contributing to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, stakeholder experience, and linkages to Talent Development and Succession.

General Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal consultant to Operations and HR partners on all matters related to external and internal recruitment of talent. Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Dometic and the Land Vehicle segment to tell a compelling story and assess candidate fit.
  • Develop go to market strategies for open positions using creative strategies and sources.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate and client experience by managing expectations and engaging throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain relationships and networks in the Consumer Passenger Vehicle (CPV) and Recreational Vehicle (RV) space including colleges and universities and professional associations.
  • Engage with active and passive talent connecting them to current job opportunities and managing future pipelines.
  • Execute administrative coordination such as posting roles and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a coach to hiring teams ensuring they are providing a positive and compliant candidate experience.
  • Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in talent acquisition delivery as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 5 years of experience recruiting for varied functional positions with responsibility for the full cycle from sourcing to hire.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or product company preferred.
  • Proven success creating and implementing sourcing strategies for recruitment of a variety of roles.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Exposure to various applicant tracking systems and recruitment applications.
