As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies that attract and retain high quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
- Provide expert guidance on job descriptions, role specifications, and market trends to ensure competitiveness and clarity in hiring processes.
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand roles, including passive candidates, using a variety of sourcing techniques.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, direct sourcing, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering a positive and engaging experience.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the company.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including panel interviews, assessments, and skills testing as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and provide recommendations for final selection.
- Promote the company's employer brand through job advertisements, social media, and networking platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitor hiring strategies to provide insights and drive continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that all stages (screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding) are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed accurately and stored in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (HR, hiring managers, leadership) to ensure alignment and success in recruitment.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR roles, with a proven track record of positive hiring results.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions (e.g., tech, marketing, sales, operations).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in recruiting for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance standards.
