About the Role
The Talent Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing a strategic talent community, ensuring we proactively engage and pipeline talent for future hiring needs.
What You'll Do
Talent Engagement & Relationship Building
- Foster relationships with passive and active candidates.
- Create personalized outreach campaigns to keep candidates engaged.
- Nurture long-term relationships with talent who may not be ready to apply immediately.
CRM & Candidate Pipeline Management
- Maintain a well-organized database of potential candidates.
- Segment talent pools based on skills, experience, and engagement level.
- Track interactions, status updates, and communication history within the CRM.
Employer Branding & Community Growth
- Develop and share content that highlights company culture, success stories, and career growth opportunities.
- Organize virtual or in-person networking events, webinars, and career fairs.
- Encourage referrals and word-of-mouth advocacy within the talent community.
Automation & Personalization
- Leverage CRM automation tools for email campaigns, job alerts, and event invitations.
- Personalize messages based on candidates' interests and career aspirations.
- Monitor engagement metrics to refine communication strategies.
Data & Insights for Talent Strategy
- Analyze CRM data to track pipeline health and engagement trends.
- Provide insights on sourcing effectiveness and candidate journey.
- Adjust talent acquisition strategies based on CRM-driven analytics.
Collaboration with Recruiting & Hiring Teams
- Partner with recruiters to prioritize high-potential candidates.
- Ensure a seamless handoff from community engagement to active recruitment.
- Work with hiring managers to align talent community efforts with business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in talent brand marketing, CRM management, communications or a similar role required
- content development and writing
- History of building and maintaining talent pipelines for entry-level and experienced roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates
- Experience researching competitors, talent pools, and market trends to map top talent and refine strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Beamery or Avature CRM
- Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding expertise
- Global Talent Engagement experience
- Recruitment Media strategy and execution expertise
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$82,000 per year - USD$91,000 per year.
