We're looking for a Talent Development Manager who is passionate about shaping people-first strategies that fuel business performance. Reporting directly into our Manager, People, you'll own the design and execution of high-impact programs that ensure our team members feel seen, supported, and set up for success as they grow with us.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build and evolve the foundational elements of our People team, including; internal training & development of our employees, retention programming, key new hire onboarding programs, career progression frameworks & more. You'll partner closely with Executive Leadership and Functional Leaders to deeply understand their talent needs and how we support creative career pathing and tap into the talent already here at BigTime. What You're Accountable For:

Internal Talent Strategy:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Manager, People and Executive Team to identify internal talent, assess succession planning needs, and shape scalable talent development strategies that support long-term organizational growth.
  • Own the design and execution of employee engagement & retention programs that empower team members to grow within the organization; including career pathing frameworks and internal mobility programs.
  • Monitor and analyze key engagement, performance, and retention metrics, translating insights into actionable programs and experiences that continually enhance the employee journey.
  • Design and lead company-wide learning and professional development initiatives that are aligned to business priorities, skill gaps, and individual growth aspirations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous growth, feedback, curiosity, and recognition through thoughtfully crafted programs, workshops, and communication strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees navigating career transitions or promotions.


Internal Enablement:
  • Build and deliver engaging training experiences, leveraging a mix of internal knowledge, external resources, and digital tools to meet the diverse learning needs of our team.
  • Act as AI Champion, assisting Manager, People with efficiency programming, metrics and constantly identify tool stack enhancement for the broader people team function.
  • Deliver our key employee retention cohorts; ensuring strong participation, skill development, and deepened mentorship relationships.
  • Deliver our Leadership Development Program that cultivates strong people leaders across all levels of the organization.
  • Deliver our early-career development program (Career Development Program) that accelerates team member's development & role readiness.
  • Manage KPIs to track the effectiveness of learning experiences and iterate based on feedback and outcomes.


Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or a related field
  • 1+ years of implementing AI tools & internal AI enablement programs.
  • Experience in organizational design & next gen workforce planning.
  • Experience with 9Box methodology, authoring competency/skill matrices & career ladders, performance management frameworks, compensation modeling.
  • Experience as Employee Engagement Platform Admin.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where data-driven decisions, KPIs, and candidate experience SLAs drive performance.
  • High sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromising candidate experience.
  • Strong track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with expertise in recruiting tools, ATS, and HR technologies.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually.. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
