Description
Who we needReporting to the Project Manager, the Talent Intelligence Analyst will develop and deliver innovative, strategic people and diversity analytics based on modern AI tools, to enable organizational decisions regarding talent, compensation, organizational development, and workforce planning. You will ensure sound data management practices, reporting, dashboarding, and system maintenance and enhancements for HR technology.

What you will bring
The education and the experience. An undergraduate degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in reporting and analytics. An experience leveraging various data visualization tools and technologies. Having a previous experience with HR technologies such as Dayforce would be a strong asset.
The knowledge. Solid working knowledge of HR data, analysis techniques, statistical modelling, predictive modelling, and data visualization. Strong business acumen for actionable insights. Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement.
The skills. Excellent research, problem-solving, storytelling and consulting skills; able to provide meaningful interpretations from data, and to articulate them in a clear and impactful way. Expert in modern digital tools with excellent understanding of cybersecurity practices. Advanced proficiency in using MS365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and BI tools such as Tableau, Business Objects.
The drive. Critical thinker, organized, with high attention to details. Strong communicator (listening, verbal, written), team player; able to drive change and influence others. Proactive and flexible, also able to adapt easily and quickly to a complex and agile environment.

What you will do
Data Management & Solutions contributions.
- Compile, consolidate and analyze people and diversity data and metrics from multiple sources, utilizing a variety of data analysis and modelling techniques and tools to produce reports, dashboards and presentations;
- Partner with stakeholders to create and refine key quarterly and annual metrics, to tell the workforce story to various audiences, to resolve data issues, and to recommend preventative solutions;
- Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy by performing regular data audits, and by creating and maintaining HR reporting procedures documentation to standardize and streamline metrics across HR;
- Contribute to upskilling team members and stakeholders on data analytics and data visualizations.
- Act as the System Administrator for the HRIS (Dayforce), work with vendor's support team and lead configuration, testing and troubleshooting for enhancements in collaboration with the HR team;
- Participate in the execution of annual compensation cycles including salary review and bonus cycles by setting up compensation cycles on Dayforce, importing market values, and assisting with annual employee benefits enrolment and communication;
Market Analysis & Innovation.
- Drive the innovative design and delivery of analytical solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and reports to enable business decision making by providing accurate and insightful findings, and meaningful recommendations;
- Research and analyze external trends and relevant industry benchmarks in conjunction with internal data for various purposes, such as market competitiveness, pay equity, Employee Value Proposition, benefits plan review, etc.;
- Prepare submissions for compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position;
- Assist with employee engagement pulse surveys and annual engagement surveys including analysis, recommendations, and action plans in collaboration with HR team;
- Collaborate on special projects and research initiatives that involve people analytics;
- Support in identifying issues and opportunities, mapping current and future state processes, and executing work plans with critical milestones to deliver new reports, processes, and tools;
