Are You Looking to:
- Develop and execute a talent management strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess and address talent management needs
- Design and implement programs for talent acquisition, performance feedback, development, and retention
- Lead workforce planning, sourcing, and recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with hiring best practices
Are You Ready to:
- Create and manage impactful learning and development programs tailored to diverse learning styles
- Monitor compliance training, analyze program effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Evaluate and optimize talent management systems (e.g., LMS, ATS) to enhance efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent initiatives
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, or a related field (HR certification preferred)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or related areas preferred
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Experience in both office and manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Strong skills in program development, facilitation, and audience engagement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, ATS, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 25% (mainly domestic, but the option for international exists); bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
