The Talent Manager, Retail will support HUGO BOSS Corporate US and Canada business. The position is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment: recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all administrative and specialized functions in the company, understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of policy and procedure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices. The position is based in New York City, New York.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Partner with Senior Leadership and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance
Oversee the Corporate internship program in collaboration with the HR Generalist, Corporate
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings to relevant job boards, colleges, and other platforms
Manage and guide the Talent Assistant to ensure efficient completion of administrative responsibilities
Screen resumes, conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, administer appropriate assessments, perform reference/background checks, and extend employment offers for Corporate roles
Utilize a mix of traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods, such as career fairs, online job fairs, and community networking events, to attract high-quality candidates
Support recruitment efforts for both short-term and long-term temporary positions
Manage the internal transfer process, including candidate screening and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
Onboard new employees, ensuring they are fully integrated into the organization
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback on the recruiting process and make improvements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are met
Manage the Open Jobs Report and handle global recruitment reporting
Maintain strong agency relationships, ensuring the company's best interests are prioritized
Stay informed about local and state legislative changes regarding employment screening and job offers
Own and manage key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channels, retention rate, and cost of hire, and report regularly on these
Contribute to the development and deployment of an interview skills training program
Support the design and execution of the overall recruiting strategy
Partner with the Global Talent Team in Germany to ensure alignment on best practices and collaborate on global recruitment projects
Administer the new hire process, ensuring proper collection and documentation of new hire paperwork
Adapt to changing responsibilities as needed, with or without prior notice
Oversee the creation of new hire offer letters and employee verification processes
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
3-5 years of professional recruiting experience
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other recruitment systems
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on metrics
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
Knowledge of recruitment practices within the Fashion Retail industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be hands-on
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with effective project management capabilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities

The expected base salary range for this position is from $105,000 - $110,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
