Targeter with Security Clearance

As an intelligence analyst and targeting officer, you will use your technical expertise, briefing skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to develop actionable intelligence for our clients. If you have a strong technical and analytical background with a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to support our national security. Duties/ Responsibilities: * Provide daily briefs and operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders. * Analyze complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. * Demonstrate knowledge of life cycle sponsor operations, including how to support them and leverage expertise in the appropriate legal and policy guidance for executing the client's particular mission. * Manage, task, and maintain information flow across IC organizations within operational decision timelines. * Convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all data streams are considered for key decisions and become an authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools. Requirements Required Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship * Requires an active TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly. * HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle * Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work. * Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. * Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT. * Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily. * Ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets, and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis. Desired Qualifications: * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Master's degree Physical Requirements: * Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. * Ability to work on rotating 8-12-hour shifts. * Routine in-person meetings and/or video conferences.
