Summary:
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance / IT-III or above (Sponsorship will not be provided).
- Will serve as the task order project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Will work under the guidance of the Program Manager.
- Will be responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at one of the following locations: Columbus, OH, Dayton, OH, or Richmond, VA.
Requirements:
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance / IT-III or above (Sponsorship will not be provided).
- Must hold an active Project Management certification (PMP).
- Must have a bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience.
- Must have 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must have 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must have experience managing and executing all required contract deliverables, including but not limited to:kick-off meeting presentations, monthly reports (e.g., progress reports, 8570/8140 certifications, CAC log, GFE reports), onboarding and offboarding packages, recurring training and certification updates, project plan development, transition out plans, and in-process reviews (IPRs).
- Must have experience coordinating invoice submissions based on the timely review and approval of reports by the COR.
- Must have experience developing and maintaining project schedules that align with the Period of Performance (PoP), and reporting progress to government stakeholders.
- Must have experience conducting knowledge transfer, developing and updating transition out plans, and supporting contract close-out activities in compliance with government standards.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at one of the following locations: Columbus, OH, Dayton, OH, or Richmond, VA.
