We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning processes. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tax regulations while providing strategic tax planning advice to clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals and entities, including 1040s and other relevant forms.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices, focusing on multi-state and flow-through taxation issues.
- Coordinate and oversee tax audits and inquiries, ensuring all information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations, implementing necessary changes to tax strategies and compliance processes.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of tax policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and train junior tax staff, providing guidance on tax matters and professional development.
