Location: Financial District, San Francisco, CA
Minimum Requirements:
The Tax Manager is responsible for managing the tax department and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of taxation, experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and families, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 5+ years as Tax Manager
- CPA
- Experience working with UHNW clients
- Good tenure
- Open to hybrid 3 in office, 2 remote
- BS/MS Accounting/Finance/Taxation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns of individuals and corporate tax returns
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Supervise and mentor junior tax associates
- Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
