Tax Manager
Key Responsibilities: Tax Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to, having the ability to identify tax consulting opportunities, willing to market services to existing and prospective clients, and managing all tax compliance aspects of clients. Knowledge of S Corps and partnership tax issues, ability to supervise staff and ability to interpret technical issues and apply that knowledge effectively.
Skills and attributes: Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a public accounting environment, creative problem solving skills, strong technical background, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, prefer Masters but not required, with at least 4 - 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a middle market environment. Proficiency with ProSystems Tax, Fixed Assets and Engagement a plus!
