Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

• Seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for our clients.
• Manage and review tax compliance for individuals, businesses, and trusts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state tax laws.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Research and interpret tax regulations to provide informed guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee tax filings, including corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns.
• Assist in correspondence, and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with tax and fiduciary teams to provide integrated financial solutions.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and their impact on clients.

Qualifications:

• Need CPA Certified candidate
• Experience in Tax experience compliance and planning.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, including fiduciary taxation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with tax software and financial reporting tools.
• Requires expertise in tax law, financial reporting, and strategic tax planning for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
