The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations while providing strategic tax consulting. This role requires expertise in various tax forms and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations while providing strategic tax consulting. This role requires expertise in various tax forms and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee tax compliance processes for individual and corporate clients
- Prepare and review various tax returns including 1040, 1041, 1120, and 1120S
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters and planning
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients
- Coordinate and communicate with external tax authorities and auditors as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or EA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
